Yasir doesn't buy them, Helga in Venore doesn't, the Blue Djinns don't, and the people on the wiki page don't (I tested Gorn, Perod, Shiantis, and Thomas). While testing this, I discovered another bug with Shiantis of Venore. Her sell list has vials when I had none on my person. See the screenshot below (blue is Gemmed Book bug, red is Vials bug).  |
