In order to create any of the crude umbral items (roshamuul) cluster of solace and dream matter is required. While cluster of solace is easy to collect from almost anything in Rosh, dream matter is extremely difficult. It only rarely drops from rosh Prison bosses, and given the server population that simply isn't going to happen. So I would propose making dream matter a rare drop from Guzzlemaws and Frazzlemaws. Perhaps the same percentage as eye of the storm is from Guzzles. This gives the tiny population present a chance of actually being able to create umbral weapons, while still maintaining the inherent difficulty by requiring many clusters of solace. For the record, I don't actually know if the creation part of this is present in the server, I havn't tried going to the location yet. |
